construction update

well I took some pictures with my cell phone.  I could not figure out how to get the pictures from the phone to my blog except to email them to myself, then transfer one at a time.  So two hours later, and a lot of frustration I just posted the pictures.  There's a lot more pictures, but I'm done.
I'll be ready for a pre-lathe inspection by the middle of the week.  All 4 bedroom ceilings have been patched, skimmed and two are painted.  The living room ceiling in 212 is skimmed and primed, and the living room ceiling in 211 has been skimmed, and ready for the primer.  All the interior doors are on-site and Mike got several of them installed.  I ordered the ceramic tile, and it will be at Buffkin on Tuesday, ready for me to pick up on Wednesday.

Cocoa Beach Condo Remodels

I recently started some major renovations on a couple of condo units in Cocoa Beach.  Both units are being completely redone including getting rid of the popcorn ceilings, all new tile flooring, new baseboard, and all new doors and trim.  The kitchens and bathrooms are being totally updated with new cabinets by Q's Cabinetry, and all new plumbing fixtures.  The Owners reside a little to the North of us (U.S.), allowing me to work both units at the same time. The demo is just about complete, and the electrician and the plumbers will be making an appearance this week to get their rough-in completed.  Some photo's
