Lower Your Energy costs

A few easy things to do to lower your energy costs at home.

1) turn off lights when not needed, or when a room is unoccupied.
2) when replacing bulbs, use lower wattage or more efficient ones.
3) check and replace if necessary all the weather stripping around doors and windows.
4) lower your heating settings
5) raise your air conditioning settings
6) make sure you have a programmable thermostat to reduce the heating and air conditioning during unoccupied hours.
