My one big sign goes up for the first time.
Roofers are starting today, and should have me dried in by Saturday.
We had our electrical walkthrough last night with the Owner and my electrical contractor, clearing the way to get him started roughing in. There were of course numerous changes and additions. Gotta love change orders.
